you know its serious when you MISS jillian micheals.

so my new workout, and diet regimen. is absolutely INSANE!
im kinda scared to do it. i HOPE i can do it.
ive hit a plateau. so i HAVE to do it, if i want to keep losing.

its 1200-1400 calories a day intake. (more or less on the 1200 side, but 1400 is absolute MAX)
2 hours of cardio every other day (running/jogging/bicycle/eliptical/NO walking) and an hour of Core and Strength on the days you dont do cardio. (half hour EACH)
it involves only having carbs ONE day a week. and red meat one day a week. but it perfers you cut red meat completely. (which i probably will.)
No juice. unless its from a piece of fruit. 
8glasses of water a day, and 1/2 a cup of skim milk.
and im taking vitamin B12 along with it. to boost my metabolism.
oh my god... im going to die.

atleast with jillian, it was just a half hour of cardio AND abs. haha! and the diet was pretty simple. eat better.
cut out the shit. plain as that. (well thats all i did. and lost 21 lbs.) i was still drinking juice, and eating carbs, and on occasion i would eat a sweet. =/ but i still lost the weight. but i cant seem to lose anymore...

so here i come new diet and exercise regimen.
